I tried the cold water in the shower this morning, and the results have been amazing! Hey! I've been meaning to reach out. I know I missed a couple sessions, and I wanted to explain. After that breakthrough session, I just felt so good. Like, something clicked. My mindset totally shifted, and I've been focusing on clearing out all the negative stuff that used to run the show. Honestly, I didn't feel like I needed the sessions because everything felt so much lighter and more positive. I've been way calmer under stress (which is wild for me). and even my girlfriend and my mom have said they've noticed a big shift in how I've been showing up. I've made some big changes too-stopped my bipolar meds, Ambien, and Prozac, and cut my Klonopin way down. I just feel... genuinely happy. It's weird, in a good way. I've been getting outside more, meditating a ton, and eating better too. It all kind of came together at once. That said, I know staying on track is important, so I'd love to get back into sessions soon.
