In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m offering a gentle, beginner-friendly virtual Breathwork Meditation every Thursday in May at 7:00 PM CT for anyone who needs a safe space to reset.
This session is for you if your mind feels loud, your body feels tense, you feel emotionally heavy, or you’ve been carrying too much and want to reconnect with your body in a supportive way. You don’t need any experience with breathwork or meditation — just a willingness to breathe.
