A Space to Breathe, Reset, and Come Back to Yourself

Your mental health is not just in your mind — it’s also in your breath, your body, your nervous system, your patterns, and your ability to slow down, feel, release, and come back to yourself.

 

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m offering a gentle, beginner-friendly virtual Breathwork Meditation every Thursday in May at 7:00 PM CT for anyone who needs a safe space to reset.

 

This session is for you if your mind feels loud, your body feels tense, you feel emotionally heavy, or you’ve been carrying too much and want to reconnect with your body in a supportive way. You don’t need any experience with breathwork or meditation — just a willingness to breathe.
