This monthly breathwork meditation series was created as a supportive space to help you slow down, breathe deeply, release tension, and reconnect with your body in a gentle and intentional way.

This session is for you if your mind feels loud, your body feels tense, you feel emotionally heavy, or you have been carrying too much and need a moment to rest and reset.

No experience with breathwork or meditation is needed. You do not need any prior experience or need to know exactly what you are doing. This space is beginner-friendly and created for anyone who is simply willing to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Come as you are. Take a breath. Give yourself permission to rest, relax, and reset.
